Hey.
I am using firefox, and it's the best choise for me, however, there are few problems.
One of the problem, that is most bugging one, is download window. Is there any addon so firefox would have a tab of downloads like Opera or Google Chrome instefirefox download addonad of a seperate window?
I wouldn't use browsers as downloaders if i were you. Use external downloaders like Internet Download Manager (IDM) or jdownloader. It's way faster and helps you keep track of your files. Also with these downloaders you can rip vidfirefox download addoneo/picture/text files right off the site.

I'm not sure about an add on but you could go into the settings and uncheck "Show the Downloads Window when downloading a file".
